Conference program gathers industry experts

The HiSA Summit presented an international congress with subjects from Hi Europe, adapted for the Brazilian market. A high-level selection committee has chosen presentations with differing approaches on diabetes, sporting nutrition, brain health, obesity, cardiovascular health, bone health, cosmoceutics, the market, and general subjects, with rigid evaluation criteria taking into account innovation as well as the degree of application to the foods industry.

The event had international speakers from a wide range of countries including Egypt, Chile, France, Spain, Finland, Portugal and the United States, covering the main new developments and trends in the market.
